This is a vintage pale yellow secretary desk. First, it has an amazing look! Look at the bonnet top! I thought it was a Stanley piece when I first saw it but it's not marked so I can't be sure. Nonetheless, it has similar construction, finish and style. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, Stanley is a really good manufacturer. The upper cabinet door has a dome top to coordinate with the top of the secretary. It has an overhead light and two height adjustable glass shelves. If you look closely, you will notice a white detailing around the inside and outside edges. The flip top desk locks and we do have the key. Like the rest of this secretary, the inside of the desk is in immaculate condition. The drawers are all dovetailed and slide smoothly. I don't have anything negative to report.
