This is an extremely nice arm chair by Woodmark furniture. If you aren't familiar with the brand, they made high quality upholstered furniture. This chair was used in a master bedroom and didn't see much actual use. It's very comfortable! There is slight sun fading on the top of the rear cushion. Be sure to watch our walk around video.
