About Sligh

  • Founded in 1880 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the Sligh Furniture Company became one of the premier American makers of fine furniture. In 1968, Sligh expanded into the clock market by acquiring the Trend Clock Company, later becoming highly regarded for their luxurious grandfather clocks.

  • The clock division operated until 2005, producing heirloom-quality pieces that are now increasingly collectible.
