This is one great looking parlor chair. The walnut frame is structurally sound with nothing broken. The seat frame has been reinforced on the bottom and the seat bottom has been replaced. I would imagine it was done when the upholstery was changed. Speaking of upholstery, it's in great shape. This is just one good looking chair. Be sure to watch our walk around video.

Generally, the time frame depends on where you live. Pieces going to a rural area in Kansas will take longer than pieces being shipped to major metros. Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
