The original manual confirms that this model electronically controls both pedal resistance and Power Ramp incline. NordicTrack specifies an approximately 6 foot 8 inch by 2 foot 1 inch footprint.

Good used cosmetic condition with normal scuffs, dust and signs of exercise use.
Tested: Unit powers on, console display works, fan works and handgrip heart rate monitor responds.
Untested or Unverified: The different Power Ramp height settings could not be confirmed. Functionality of the electronic incline ramp is therefore unknown and the unit is being sold with that feature unverified. Other workout functions have not been fully tested.

Generally, the time frame depends on where you live. Pieces going to a rural area in Kansas will take longer than pieces being shipped to major metros. Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
