MCM Teak Framed Arm Chair and Ottoman - JO Carlsson. The good news, this is a name brand teak framed MCM chair and ottoman. The bad news, the webbing that supports the seat cushion is hard and brittle. It needs to be replaced. The upholstery has been stretched out of place on the arms. The previous owner placed a board under the seat cushion but this is not a good fix to the issue. We are selling the chair as is.

Generally, the time frame depends on where you live. Pieces going to a rural area in Kansas will take longer than pieces being shipped to major metros. Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
