This is a vintage ladder back chair with a rush seat. The wooden frame is structurally sound and in good condition. The rush seat cord is loose. You might be able to connect underneath or redo the whole seat. There are youtube videos and it's cheap and not difficult. Be sure to watch our walk around video.
