A rare find for folk and Americana fans, this vintage John Denver “Beginnings” 8-track tape showcases his early recordings with The Mitchell Trio—long before his solo stardom took flight. Featuring harmonies and protest-era storytelling, this 1974 release includes Denver’s renditions of “Mr. Tambourine Man,” “Get Together,” and “She Loves You.”
This original white cartridge is housed in its bold, rainbow-accented “Stereo 8” slipcase, issued by Mercury/Phonogram. Please note: the foam pressure pad is deteriorated, a common issue in vintage tapes, and will need to be replaced before playing.
