This is a Hitchcock style ladder back chair. First, it's structurally sound with all the spindles in tact. As you can see the rush seat has a tear and the finish is dissipating in spots. This would be an easy and fun project. The materials aren't expensive and there are plenty of instructional videos online. Be sure to watch our walk around video.
