Emma Chippendale Sofa. This is a high quality couch / sofa that came out of an extremely clean home. We found it in the primary bedroom. It doesn't appear to have been used much. It sits fairly firm. It's a greyish light green color. There is a slight fray on one of the back corners. Other than that it would be hard to find another flaw. Be sure to watch our walk around video.

Generally, the time frame depends on where you live. Pieces going to a rural area in Kansas will take longer than pieces being shipped to major metros. Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
