There's something wonderfully inviting about a classic plaid chair! This Bassett Furniture upholstered armchair and matching ottoman bring together rich navy blue, burgundy red, and warm cream tones in a beautifully coordinated design. With its generously cushioned seat, comfortable rolled arms, and matching ottoman for putting your feet up, this set creates the perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy a quiet afternoon.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Made by Bassett Furniture, as confirmed by the manufacturer's label beneath the seat cushion. Both pieces feature coordinated woven plaid upholstery in navy blue, burgundy red, and cream, combining small checks with traditional larger plaid bands. The armchair has a generously padded removable seat cushion, loose back cushion, rounded upholstered arms, and a tailored skirted base. The matching rectangular ottoman features a cushioned top with coordinated fabric and a skirted base, creating a comfortable and cohesive seating arrangement.
Condition
Very good pre-owned condition overall, with both pieces appearing to have seen relatively little use. The upholstery presents attractively, and the cushions retain their shape. There is a small area of subtle discoloration on the top of the ottoman that is difficult to notice without close inspection. This set came from a dog-friendly home, which is disclosed for buyers with pet sensitivities or allergies. Please review all photographs carefully for additional condition details.
