Piedmont Queen Anne Dining Set - Berlin Woodworking. This set includes the table, one extension leaf and 8 chairs. Everything is constructed on solid red oak and finished in red oak. It was made by Berlin Woodworking and is very similar to Amish quality and constructed furniture. The chairs have elastic webbing underneath the foam which makes them comfortable to sit in for longer periods of time. There were a few spots on the upholstery and the table top has some light scratches but as you can see, it's in really good condition. Please note there is one leaf but it doesn't allow enough length for all the chairs to fit underneath the legs. Be sure to watch our walk around video.

Generally, the time frame depends on where you live. Pieces going to a rural area in Kansas will take longer than pieces being shipped to major metros. Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
