Governor Winthrop's Red Mahogany Secretary - Maddox. This is a classic piece of American furniture. Maddox specialized in making secretary desks with quality material and craftmanship. All of the drawers are dovetailed and slide smoothly. The slanted desk raises and lowers properly. It has supports that move with the desk top to support it. There are two shelves in the upper bookcase. All of the fret is in tact. There is some cosmetic wear but it's in good overall condition. Be sure to watch our walk around video.

Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
