Roseville Estate Damask Formal Couch by Henredon. Do you know the furniture in the formal room where no one is allowed to sit? That's the room this couch came out of. It's an absolutely stunning piece of furniture that's in ridiculously good condition. Seriously, it really doesn't look like anyone ever used it. The couch is comfy but sits a little soft. Generally, the time frame depends on where you live. Pieces going to a rural area in Kansas will take longer than pieces being shipped to major metros. Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
