Herschede Newton Grandmother Clock. Herschede 8 day Newton Model. The clock has a German movement. There are three different chime settings. This clock needs to be on a level surface to operate properly. We wound and it keeps good time for a few days but seems to need to be would a few times a week. It hasn't been serviced in a long time and would certainly be a good idea. We have the winding key. The outer casing appears to be solid maple. Be sure to watch our walk around video.
