Charming and functional, this white-painted pine chest was cleverly designed to look like a six-drawer dresser but actually opens from the top with a hinged lid. It’s a versatile piece that can be used as a hamper, wastebasket, toy box, or storage chest in almost any room.

Overall sturdy and in great vintage condition. The drawers operate smoothly. Some age-appropriate wear and scuffs are present, mostly on the sides and drawer edges, along with light wear to the corners (see photos). The finish could be easily refreshed with Howard’s Restor-A-Finish or similar treatment.
This chest’s timeless design makes it suitable for use as a nightstand, entryway piece, small dresser, or accent chest in nearly any room.

Generally, the time frame depends on where you live. Pieces going to a rural area in Kansas will take longer than pieces being shipped to major metros. Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
