This 1946 Philco Model 46-1213 stereo cabinet is a stunning piece of mid-century radio history, featuring classic brass pulls, rich wood veneer, and signature diamond-pattern speaker fabric. Originally housing a record player and AM/FM radio, this unit now serves best as a statement piece or repurposed accent cabinet.
The inner record player has been removed, and while the radio does power on, the tuning dial is non-functional and stuck near the bottom of the frequency band. Sold as-is, with no guarantee of electronic functionality.
Cosmetically, the cabinet shows signs of age and use—particularly scratches on the top and lower trim—but overall remains sturdy and attractive for display or upcycling.
Perfect for use as a bar cabinet, entryway console, or vinyl storage with vintage character.
