Craftique Heirloom Mahogany Dining Set - 6 Chairs & 3 Leaves. The previous owner told me their family only used this set a handful of times. This is really apparent in the condition of this set! When I saw it in their home it had a felt lined tablecloth resting on the top. There must have been some sort of protection on it for most if not all of its life because the top is in ridiculously good condition. Seriously, I have seen more wear on sets that are only a few years old. It has three extension leaves. Two of which were stored in a closet. There are five side chairs and one arm chair. Generally, the time frame depends on where you live. Pieces going to a rural area in Kansas will take longer than pieces being shipped to major metros. Larger, heavier and multiple pieces that require at least two people to move can also affect the time frame. Local delivery areas include Sanford and the surrounding areas.
